TITAN Lifetime Limited Warranty – covering polycarbonate luggage distributed in North America (the “Warranty”).

Since our founding in 1983, TITAN Luggage has been committed to providing customers with worry free ownership with your total satisfaction as our goal. With that in mind TITAN polycarbonate luggage products distributed in North America (the "Products") are covered by the Warranty.

The Warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and material, including mechanical or structural failure, for the life of the Product. We will, at our expense, repair or provide a comparable replacement for Products having such defects. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, abuse or neglect or from use of the Product in a manner for which it was not designed (including exposure to extreme heat or cold). Damage to a Product resulting from acts of a third party (such as an airline or other transport agent) is not covered under the Warranty. Cosmetic wear including dirt, abrasions and scrapes are an unavoidable circumstance of normal luggage use and as such are not covered by the Warranty.

TITAN is not responsible for damages to the contents of your luggage or for lost or stolen bags and expressly disclaims responsibility for consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defective TITAN Product. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties are hereby excluded.

Proof of purchase is necessary to validate the Warranty. Repair work performed by anyone other than an authorized TITAN repair center will void the Warranty. You are responsible for the costs of shipping. We recommend you register your Product online at www.titanluggageusa.com/support.

This Warranty is intended to give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country with respect to the exclusion or application of implied warranties, incidental and consequential damages and repair and replacement. Consequently, the limitations or exclusions specifically contained in this Warranty may not be applicable to you.
